Pre-meet entries are only available electronically through the meet website. Each meet’s pre-entries are due by the Wednesday before at 9:00p.m. ET.
Submittal of entry information and fee assumes the acceptance of meet regulations and policies. Entry fees are are non-refundable.
Entry fees are not participation fees and must be received on time in order to be entered. Relay entry fees are per relay team, regardless of whether relay legs have paid for individual entry fees.
Day-of meet entries are available for all meets. Day-of meet registration closes one (1) hour before the start of the first event. The starting time of each meet is announced on the day before the meet.
Pre-Meet Online entries are provided through the Registration System offered through USATF. USATF membership is not required to use the USATF Registration System. Transaction fees will be added on top of the below listed entry fees by the USATF System, and are calculated according to the registration transaction.

Any participants under the age of 18 must have consent of a parent or guardian.

Bentley University Track:
The track is located on the South Campus. Parking is available on-site. Note that for 2017 there may be some parking restrictions and different travel patterns than in years past.

Twilight Series Policy
During competition, all athletes must visibly wear their race bib. The bib may not be folded or concealed, or the athlete may be subject to disqualification. Additionally, each athlete is responsible for obtaining and securely displaying their lane assignment hip numbers during their race. The clerk will only provide hip numbers to athletes who show their bib numbers are pinned to their race top. If the bib and hip numbers are not securely displayed during the finish and the finish timer is unable to identify the athlete, there may not be a recorded time for the athlete and the athlete may not be able to contest the result.
All pre-meet entries must be paid for by the deadline of each meet. If payment is not received on time, the athlete may be subject to the day-of meet entry fee of $40.

All entry fees are non-refundable, as they are entry fees and not participation fees.

All high school athletes will be listed as “Unattached”.
Day-of meet entrants will be listed as “Unattached”.
No changes to club or school affiliation will be allowed after entries have been submitted.
Event directors reserve the right to delay, cancel, or suspend the meet due to inclement weather. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Information regarding inclement weather updates will be posted on this website to the best of the event directors’ abilities.
Event directors reserve the right to cancel an event if there are insufficient entries in an event.
USATF Sanctioned Event
As an USATF Sanctioned Event, the policy and regulation, as provided by such sanctions, apply to the Twilight Series.
